拒绝

1.己所不欲，勿施于人。当某些无聊的人以各种理由施于我时，必须拒绝。

2.千万不要一味的无原则的接受，痛苦不堪，最直接的方法就是拒绝，别想着先自己当好人再转嫁给别人，痛苦只会乘以二。

3.理解是双向的，要想我理解你，你首先理解我，你不理解我，我凭什么理解你？

4.该强势时就强势，有理有力有节。

5.死要面子活受罪，别当软柿子任人捏。
