财务总监给我的信

一封让我思考了很久，受益颇多的信。

Dear Cool,
What I have done is much less than I should have done. A good leader should compose of Leading, give a clear objectives; Guiding, giving guidance; delegating, and Consulting, giving advice and assistance. I had hardly achieves this, but I will work harder on it.
Opportunity is from others, accomplishment is by yourself. (机会人给，成就己创) There are 2 levels of success: One works as expertise in its own familiar area. Like a circle, he/she can fill it up with colors (achievements) very nice; One works out of the box, able to extent its expertise of abilities. Like a balloon, growing bigger and bigger. Efforts are necessary to make it grows and keep it. 但不要泄气。
I always remind myself to work on a balloon, never confine myself with limits. Don’t look down yourself as if your own position. Treat yourself as a future manager and act upon it. Experience is gained from failure, but never give up. Always think out of the box and make yourself different.
